I found Mr. Electric extremely professional and efficient.  They responded to my call immediately, booked a firm time for the appointment, follow up with an email that provided the name and photograph of the technician who was going to do the work.  Devin, the electrician who came, was very professional and explained everything he did.  I am very impressed with both the companies customer service and Devin's skills.  Will definitely use Mr Electric again and will also recommend the company to friends!

I was disappointed by the service of this company despite having an amazing experience with their sister company (Mr. Rooters). I called to schedule an estimate on electrical work to bring a basement apartment up to the electrical code. The electrician arrived on scene and was very polite. However, I was provided the wrong estimate multiple times. To make things worse, after the estimate visit was completed, I was informed that I have to report the basement apartment to the Electrical Safety Authority or the company would report it. I was never informed of this on the call when I spoke to them about my situation. To top it off, I had to make this call only 5 hours before my flight out of the country, which as you can imagine but my day into disarray. I did not appreciate the lack of information/transparency from the company as it made my day a mess. A clear and transparent approach might have made me choose them, however, I picked a different competitor to get the work done.

First off, It was nice to get reminder and confirmation emails from head office. Of all of the electricians who came to give me a quote, Mr. Electric's technician was the one who spent the most time assessing the situation and explaining what work was required. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Even when I told him not to bother about the little mess, he insisted on cleaning it up himself and made sure that everything was put back in place as he had found it. It was a pleasant experience dealing with a company that projects such professionalism and courtesy towards their clients. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mr. Electric GTA West. They certainly know what service is.

Had a partial power failure. One circuit was totally affected. Adrian methodically started isolating individual receptacles until it was reduced to a single device which was repaired. Office staff was very efficient and pleasant. Very professional organization.
