Excellent, fast, friendly I have hired B-safe as sub-contractors. Never had an issue and they are there to get the job DONE! 10/10 would hire this growing company again.

This company should take the "integrity" out of their slogan. We had someone come out to look at some pot lights that had suddenly stopped working. The person came and seemed to have repaired them. We were actually very pleased with the service. 3 months later, the EXACT same pot lights went out again. My husband called B-Safe to see if they could come and take a look again. He was told that someone would come shortly, but nobody did. We called 4 or 5 more times during the course of about a month, each time being told that they were busy but would send someone. Nobody came. Finally the last time my husband called he was told that our wiring was all wrong and that they could come but would have to charge us again. Apparently it was noted somewhere in their records that we had incorrect wiring, and that this recurrent problem was inevitable because of this. Funny thing, nobody told us this on the initial visit. As far as we were concerned, the issue had been repaired the first time. My question is, why were we not told that this initial work was just a bandaid solution? Why were WE not informed that our wiring was not done properly, and that the problem would come back? What kind of electrician tells his employer that the customer's wiring is wrong, but doesn't inform the customer of this?? Had we known about this wiring issue, we would have had that fixed immediately, instead of just the smaller problem that was bound to recur. Either way, it has been 2 months since we called about the issue, and still nobody has come. Whether the wiring is wrong or not, they still should have come back to look at the lights since they said they would - on many occasions. I guess the problem is that we are reasonable people who try to work things out politely. This company's customer service is terrible. We're done with this company and would never do business with them again.

I would not recommend B-Safe Electric. Horrible customer service experience. We had someone come to our shop over a month ago to take a look at our current lighting situation. They recommended a solution to us and said they would do all the paperwork required to have this go through the government retrofit program. There was no communication from B-Safe after this initial visit... After chasing these guys for weeks for a quote, I was promised by the company president that I would receive my quote by the end of the day. I have never received anything from B-Safe, not even a courtesy call back. Whether it is a large or small job, to me this is not how you treat potential customers.
