Locals only! Just kidding... but this is a local gem in Regina for anyone looking for a greasy breakfast diner. This place is tiny and gets packed! Service is always friendly and fast. I usually order an omelet or just a standard two egg breakfast. Are there better breakfast places in Regina. sure... but I just love Mr. Breakfast. It's right up my alley.

18 years ago when I lived in Regina, I stopped in for the Breakfast Special every payday Friday. It was a treat on the way to work. I enjoyed the food, the service, the no nonsense friendly vibe of the place. Cash only back then. Well the folks that ran the place retired some time ago. My wife and I moved to my hometown on Vancouver Island. I was surprised to see the place still in business when we visited Regina this week. The original owners' sons have taken over. I visited again today, ordered the Special as I had always done. It was just as I remembered. Nothing has changed. The food was great. Coffee included and plentiful. Service was friendly. Place was very clean. Everything as before, even down to the "cash only" manner of doing business. Well that's not quite true. The price of the Special has gone up, a whole $2 in 18 years, and the walls inside are now a nice "breakfast" shade of yellow, where they were white before. Cheery! Best value in town!

I needed a bit of brekkie, had the time and the parking spot was calling my name. Karma baby. The universe unfolded as it should.. The clouds parted and my table was waiting. Went with the obvious flow. Came in sat down ordered a bit to munch on and all became good. Food as always good,service just right = happy satisfied customer. The one downside is I will probably have to wait until late February to return. Happy me.

Bologna and eggs. And the best damn hash browns in the city. Service is excellent! Quiet clean family restaurant. 👍👍👍👍👍

Small and quaint. Good food. Waitress was super friendly. Would go back again for sure.
