MPS EXECUTIVE SUITES at Broadway & Oak Street offers executive offices with unobstructed north, west and east panoramic views of the mountains, waterfront and downtown area, as well as south view offices overlooking the exciting Broadway corridor. Our building features floor to ceiling windows with fabulous views, easy access, affordable parking and individual storage rooms conveniently located at the ground level.

Our central geographical location is just five minutes from downtown via the Cambie, Granville and Burrard bridges. To reach Richmond and the airport, a direct route down Oak or Granville Street would take you there quickly, and to Burnaby, Coquitlam or Surrey by travelling straight along Broadway or 12th Avenue onto the Grandview, No. 1 or Lougheed Highways. Also, parking is extremely affordable at $85 per month for random reserve and $100 per month for 24 hour private reserve.

Our facility is located on the 7th floor and features floor-to-ceiling windows, high speed internet access, fax, and full colour photocopying equipment with network printing and complimentary scanning capabilities. Our boardroom seats six to eight very comfortably in high back leather chairs, and is available by the hour. We also have videoconferencing services as well as five affiliate offices located across the Lower Mainland to handle any boardroom or meeting requirements you may have with your clients.

At no additional cost to you, our lease package rates include office furnishings, telephone answering, voicemail and reception services, high speed internet access, boardroom usage, secretarial and word processing services, photocopying and fax services, nightly janitorial services, coffee, tea and WA-2 MicroGuard System filtered water, plus all utilities, including telephone bill, property tax, building operating and maintenance expenses. The premises are accessible 24 hours per day and are controlled by security alarm and camera surveillance . . . and our friendly staff will ensure quick turn-around time on all of your word processing, secretarial and printing needs.
