Friendly staff. I got the blueberry pear smoothie, it was $6, a decent size, delicious, and only 200 cal. Really recommend!

So friendly, so hand made and tasty and just smiles all around! You can taste the love that goes into it : great experience would highly recommend!

The food is all super fresh and healthy! Love it for lunch, breakfast or an afternoon snack. The staff is incredibly nice. The salmon is awesome and so are all the bowls and smoothies. It is a great place for a healthy option!! Everything is freshly cooked and they use top quality ingredients. Highly recommend.

My go to healthy lunch option in the area. Any of their chicken dishes or the tuna sandwich are my favourites!

Had the roast beef sandwich which was bomb and tasted very healthy - great whole wheat bun.

Great healthy lunch and breakfast spot. I usually go for lunch but their breakfast options are yummy too. Love this place!

Awesome healthy food!! I ordered some curry and they let me fully customize it. Great customer service. A very easy 5 stars.
