Eagle Ridge Mortgage was great. Brian was able to get me the best interest rate for my situation. Before I started I knew very little about how mortgages work but Brian was patient every step of the way and took the time to explain everything to me. I first sat down with 3 other mortgage companies and decided to work with Brian because of his honesty. He was willing to meet with me after hours and also put together an offer late in the evening that in turn made the difference in me getting the house I wanted. I plan on using Eagle Ridge for all my mortgage needs from now on.
