Had an awesome experience building a townhome with Mountainview Building Group. I have worked with other builders but never had such a wonderful experience. Loved the my home tracker option which shows you the progress and schedule of the construction. Look forward to work with the team again in future
We closed the deal on May 5, a bit with a delay, but we were very happy to get a new home with the only item identified to be improved after the PDI. Never had that clean and well-built home with the previous builders! The Mountainview team is listening to the customers’ requests and they do their best to make the buyers happy. We appreciate very much Lisa’s Banh help in purchasing the house, her diligent work and helpful advises. Lisa is very professional, she was highly efficient in providing every necessary information when requested by the bank or the lawyer, so everything went smoothly. My special great thank you to Julia Felice for her patience, knowledge and advise in changing the floor plan layout to meet our needs. This helped to create functional and beautiful home. The exceptional appeal inside the house was created thanks to Alison Marr who spent lots of time in finding and advising the best colour pallet for our home. And when we had some issues and questions regarding the house exterior, Mike, the Operations Manager, helped us resolve the issue. We appreciate him being very responsive. Mike demonstrated strong communication and problem solving skills. We are very happy with the new home and definitely recommend the Mountainview Homes to the perspective buyers. In general this builder has a favorable correlation of price and quality of the houses they build. Pretty reasonable in these crazy real estate markets during the recent years! Thank you so-o-o much, guys!!!
Mountainview Building Group has done amazing work for the Niagara Region, and their philanthropy has been greatly appreciated and received by many. When participating in the first-ever LemonAID Day back in June of 2022, I was able to see firsthand how much the company cares about making a difference in their community.
