Love the local, personal feel that this bank is all about and especially Kathleen S.  I remember going to the bank with my grandparents, the tellers all knew our names when we walked in the door and genuinely cared about us.  This is Mountain Pacific, it's like you step back in time, where customer service was an action and not a buzz word.  Keep it up!
