Motor Vehicle Licence Office

Returned 7 month old plates with time remaining sticker on it to transfer sticker to new vanity plate. Thought there would be partial refund for plate...got home realized no refund was given. Called bureau Right away... was told plate had no value .that being the case why wasn't it suggested that I keep it in case I wanted to use it on another vehicle later on...why just take it and say nothing?.When I got home I called to ask if I could come back and get the plate and was told NO. ONCE THEY'RE IN THE SYSTEM THEY'RE GONE..Unfortunately so was the hard earned dollars i just paid 7 months ago for the plate...Now if i purchase another car I'll have to shell out more hard earned dollars. HORRIBLE communication skills!! I feel like I was robbed ... I voiced my concerns on the phone and was given one reply ..."Sorry "

10/10 best Ontario service center I have ever dealt with. Very patient staff even during this difficult time.

When are they supposed to be open do they have fixed hours are they paid hourly??? but nice people
