Such a unique and fresh restaurant in Saskatoon! Fried chicken was amazing, and the hot pots were all delicious too! Unique menu with dishes you can’t find anywhere else in the city. Definitely not traditional Japanese but more a Japanese Korean modern fusion which I loved!
Was really excited to try this new Japanese fusion place. The interior was decorated very nicely and the service was great. However, the food was definitely underwhelming the beef in the sukiyaki pot took forever to cook, especially considering the high price.
We visited here on the recommendation of a friend. The food was fantastic and the staff was friendly. Above all, beef was fresher and more delicious than other places, and various kinds of sake were prepared, so it was fun to choose! I expect this restaurant to be the best in Saskatoon. Make sure to visit!!!
A quick portal to Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe … you name it. The atmosphere is super for a cozy gathering with family and friends or a fun team building lunch. Strongly recommend the beef sukiyaki for meat lovers and the vegetarian one for plant eaters.
One of my favorite spots to grab upscale sushi if you’re willing to splurge a little! Great atmosphere, a great selection of cocktails, sake, & Japanese/Korean cuisine, and beautiful presentation & garnishes. Adventure and indulge in a unique mouth-watering experience with Moto’s liberal use of ikura and willingness to offer upscale seafood ingredients when available, such as spot prawn and uni! Portions can be smaller, but I highly recommending trying this place at least once! Recommendations: - Book ahead to try their Kaiseki; A fancy dinner for two that leaves you satisfied! - Uni & spot prawn donburi when it’s available.
Highly recommend! Very clean, good service, and amazing food. We had Beef Sukiyaki, Sashimi, and Bibimbob No picture for it. Certainly coming back!
We went for lunch for the first time here. I loved the atmosphere and the food we shared was absolutely DELICIOUS! Everyone was super friendly and helpful with the menu.
One of my goto bar in SK. Food is magnificent and servers are very kind. This time I tried Beef Tartare: compare to other kitchen & bar it had pear inside the tartare, the texture was fantastic, pairing with Cab Sav was a great choice for me. Beautifully presented as well. Korean seafood PancakeAka. Pajeon: It’s very hard to see this traditional pajeon in SK or any other province. Gotta try Kimchi Pajeon next time. Short Rib: as a meat lover, it was a great experience for me to get my own grill!! Also had other choices of beef, pork and chicken. Next time I’ll come back for Sashimi and White wine
I had korean seafood pan cakepajeon, short rib, BudaeJjigae, Beef tartare! Great food, friendly server, nice atmosphere! I highly recommend this place!Food: 5/5
New place. Not really 100% SUSHI restaurant, we were craving sushi, but they have a limited selection. The other food we tried was good. Service was good but they had trouble understanding English.Food: 4/5
