Motel Tremblant

Tried staying there for the winter holidays, didn’t work out. If you want to save money and kill the night and then keep driving to your destination, then maybe its for you. But for the holidays the prices went up of course. Outside was minus 20-30, and the room was freezing, two main heaters were turned off during the day, you cant regulate yourself. The quality of the room was horrible - you can see on the pictures the quality of renovations, cracked walls, floors, holes in the walls, broken screen for fireplace, leaking sink, the fridge that worked more like a freezer etc. The floors were freezing. The hot water was warm water. The “amazing” jacuzzi cannot be used, because through about the half fill up warm water stopped and cold water started, you can see the level on the picture. And you could not stay in the tub anyway because the cold air was coming through the window, you can see ice and snow on the inside on one of the pictures. Wifi all of the sudden turned off one morning. Places like this have to be exposed, so I attached pictures. We ran away. Hosts are nice though, but they need to get their act together and fix the place.

Service is good. It has plenty of different suites in a good price range,fire place, hot tub kitchenette. Wifi, cable tv

Horroble and terrible Motel! Stay in your car to get rest, even 100 times better then their rooms.. In addition to that, the hotel management once they read those kind of reviews, he gave me called and he threatned me to follow up.. Lessons learned- Please be carefull, when you got call some kind of discussion, make call record for proof, as I did..

Actually there is no traffic noise in the room. Better than I thought.

Room was better than expected, he upgraded our room no extra charge! :) Happy camper.
