Motel 6 Huntsville

I'm very impressed by Motel 6 in Huntsville. If you arrive expecting luxury accommodations, you might be disappointed. If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay, you'll be happy. The room was very clean, and included both a fridge and a microwave, which was a nice surprise as I didn't expect to get either of those in a low cost motel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. It took a while for snow to be plowed from the lot, but considering that we received 2+ feet of snow in a 24 hour period, I can't fault the motel for that. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay there again. Update - I stayed here again in 2017 and it was even better this time around. The beds seemed more comfortable this year, so they may have upgraded them since my last stay. I'd recommend Motel 6 Huntsville even more strongly now. After an additional stay at the beginning of 2018, I'm happy to report that the model is still great. The room was warm and comfortable even though it was -30 outside.

The girls working at the desk in this motel made our visit wonderful! they were courteous, smiling, and very friendly. The room was neat, and clean...and we had a room facing the back, it was very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this motel.

I booked this hotel for my Girls' Basketball team and I cannot say enough great things about it! The service we received from the Front Desk was outstanding. Very helpful, patient, and accommodating. The rooms, although smaller, were very clean and had all the necessities we needed. We required a later check-out and the Front Desk was happy to accommodate my entire team! I will definitely book here again!

Super staff - friendly and helpful. Clean and free of critters (2nd floor, Feb 19/18) Pool is possibly the smallest hotel pool I have seen, but warm and clean. Breakfast was Timmy's muffins in the lobby, so we had to top up the kids down the street. Basic room, fairly small, but also neat, clean and in good repair. They do well at what they claim to do. Not fancy, but all we needed.

Initially the front desk service was atrocious, I asked to view the room and was shouted at, told I wasn't getting the room etc., etc. then the other desk clerk a very nice lady told him to be quiet and go away. she offered to show my wife and I the room no problem. I am visually impaired and some rooms can be difficult for me to navigate. The room was fine everything well placed easy for me, we were quite happy with the cleanliness also. The firs impression at the front desk was very disappointing to say the least. Coffee making in the room would have been nice. Good Value for the Price
