Story

Motel 20 is located right beside the US Highway 20 and has 13 rooms and to apartments.

Highway 20 is on the way to becoming what the locals call "I-520" a four lane highway from Chicago to western Iowa. Highway 20 is now four lane to a point about 75 miles east of Moville and is expected to be completed to a point 50 miles East in a year's time. This is significant because of the increase in traffic has been significant. However Highway 20 past Moville is already 4 lane and has several exits with a view of our location. At present easterly there is nothing comparable for almost 120 miles.

The immediate areas has the Iowa Loess Hills, a geographic formation know only in Western Iowa and China. Also due the existence of the Indian Tribal lands near by the Missouri River there are two Casino’s within 30 miles. Finally the town of Moville is expanding and has a strong potential for growth if Capital and true interest in expansion are applied at this time.

Motel 20 has an adjacent laundromat business used by both motel guests and the community as a whole.

The rooms are tema rooms, and are equiped with cable TV, micro wave, and a frige.
