Atrina Kouroshnia is an independent and experienced mortgage broker with DLC City Wide. She finds the best solution for her clients throughout Canada with a focus in BC. She is a big picture thinker and takes into account the over lifestyle of her clients and their needs before recommending their mortgage options.

In the past six years, Atrina has worked with and assisted over 500 individuals, couples, and families with their mortgage needs, some even multiple times. She started by developing a niche for helping first time home buyers get into the market. With referrals, and repeat business, her clientele changed from being primarily first time home buyers to renewals, refinances, repeat buyers, and investors. Atrina has provided financing solutions for clients from all walks of life including those who are self-employed, commissioned, new to Canada, and even those with bruised credit.

I had the pleasure of working with Atrina for my first property purchase. I really enjoyed our first introduction because she was easy going and really easy to work with. She was extremely helpful and did a great job explaining the process to me and I was able to get approval for a mortgage shortly after the application process. She made sure to respond to all my questions and never failed to communicate during my time working with her and offered recommendations and referrals for other contacts as I needed them. I feel very fortunate to have worked with her as a first time home buyer because it was such a great experience! I had a challenging case first time to get approval for my mortgage. Atrina went above and beyond and worked very hard in order to get the approval. I am forever grateful to her!! Buying a home in Canada being on a "Work Permit" status is nearly impossible. But, very few people know, having an approved BC PNP can let you buy your dream home without paying Foreign buyer tax, and if you can get a Mortgage broker who can get you approved with 5% down and good interest rate is everything you can ask for. Atrina, has been an amazing broker and more than that a guide to this first time home buyer journey. She has been very very patient with all my questions and has always been very transparent with me. I couldn't have asked for more. She got me approved with good interest rates and guess what "Just with 5% down" after being on a work permit status. Isn't that amazing?? Because of her i was able to buy by dream home. Can't wait to work with her in future.
