We used Chris Morrow as our mortgage broker and couldn't have had a better experience or a better broker working for us. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing, and Chris patiently walked us through every step of the process, always looking out for our best interest and explaining every step in detail. He worked tirelessly for us and was always available to us to answer our questions. He secured us a great mortgage that we are very happy with! We were very happy with 4Front mortgages. Our situation was quite complicated, the prospective real estate purchase was dependent on refinancing of our two other properties and Tom and Team were the brains behind the operation. They organized everything including mitigation of any risks so that all we needed to do was sign on the dotted line. I am a first time home buyer, and 4Front Mortgages was pivotal in securing the purchase of my apartment. Their communication was excellent, and they answered my many questions throughout the process. David and the whole team were excellent to deal with. As a first time home buyer I felt fairly overwhelmed at times by all the details, but they really helped keep my partner and I on track and made the whole process quite simple and informative. We live and work in Texas but have family in BC.  In December we found a property in Ladner we wanted to purchase but could not arrange financing here for a property there. Long story, short version is we closed on our dream retirement property on December 19th due entirely to effort of Dylan, Chris and Dana!  That team and their support staff had our backs from the word go; service you don't typically find here in the US.
