Morse Moving & Storage

This review really only applies to Cynthia the Coordinator for Morse Moving. She lost our original contract in her office? When it was time to schedule our delivery we were in the middle of evacuating for a hurricane. Asked for last day in our delivery span, thought that was scheduled. Then less than 24 hours before they wanted to deliver we get call after 5pm that they were going to be here the next day at 9am. We were in the middle of flooring being installed. Driver called and said he could flip delivery and just needed to coordinate with Cynthia. Once again she had the opportunity to be helpful and refused. From day one she was mentioning storage as an option. I think they hope they are early and you have to add storage for an additional $1500 + The driver and helper were wonderful, very nice and quick. Even the driver and dispatcher said that Cynthia was a pain to deal with. It seems if they got rid of one person at Morse Movers customers experience would be 4+ star experience.. If I had to use them again I would pack my own stuff, for example they put 2 light items in a box with 15lbs of paper, seemed like they were padding the pounds. Seems since there are limited choices in Northern Mi, they get away with shoddy service. I have moved 3 times with other movers and have never a bad experience.

Morse Moving is a great resource for the Traverse City area. We were remodeling our house in Frankfort and stored upholstered furniture and art with them over the winter. We were looking for an indoor, temperature controlled facility. The sales rep came out and gave us an estimate, but remained flexible with our order as our needs were changing. They showed up when they said they would and the Morse movers were efficient and very nice. There was a snafu in that they came without enough mattress boxes but they returned about 30 miles to TC at no charge, picked them up and our move was completed that same day. I would recommend using them.

I would definitely recommend Morse Moving. From the intital phone call for a quote to watching the van leave with my furniture, I was impressed. Thank you to the crew that came to my home to move the furniture. Great team!

We can't say enough about Morse Moving In TRAVERSE CITY MICHIGAN !!! They have taken care of us, as though we are Family ! Any moves, we always call them, we have move 31 times in 35 years, local and cross country ! WAYNE WAHR is your Man !!!
