Morrison Cafe

This cafe has become a family favourite over the last decade of casual dinning. A frequent stop when visiting with family. While it appears to have changed hands, the menu does not disappoint. Love it here. I get the same breakfast every 2 weeks or so as a treat and it's the best breakfast I've had. A tad bit pricey but that's the world we're in now I guess? Chorizo hash is sooo good and a wee bit spicy.

I was meeting friends for brunch and they wanted me to suggest something so I literally searched for "brunch white rock". This was one of the suggestions. I liked the simple menu and the photos of the cafe. We chose 10 am on a Sunday but I wasn't sure if we'd need reservations or how long we'd have to wait. First, it's in a strip mall so there was lots of parking - bonus. We walked up at 10 am and had our choice of tables. By the time we were done 90 minutes later, the place was packed. Great timing. Our food was so good. I had the chorizo hash and eggs and the chipotle hollandaise sauce was incredible! Everyone else loved their food as well. I had the iced tea, which was so good. I'm not sure if it's made there or if it was a fountain drink but it was so flavourful - not watered down as I'd had at other places. Our server was great as well.

I have been craving a good burger for a while. It was superb. New wait staff? Caught a shift change? But forgot coffee then forgot to put it on the bill. Grateful I remembered but that really isn't my job. Didn't actually get the order right. But the excellent food made up for it!Food: 5/5

Used to be a great place to eat. No more. One waitress handling everyone. Tried her best, but food was lukewarm, bacon was 2 strips. No offer of coffee refill. Asked for extra syrup got a quarter of the small container. Toast was small and thin. Cost was $38 for 2 pancakes, 2 fried eggs, 2 bacon sides and 2 slices of toast and 2 cool coffees. Won’t be back.

Really tasty BLT sandwich! Quality bacon and fresh bread. Friendly service, will revisit for sure.

Great little spot! We had breakfast with good sized portions. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Fell short on the coffee. They could use a full bodied roast. Weak coffee isn’t for everyone Parking: Lots of parking

It's my favorite cozy place to have amazing food!!! It's like my lil heaven on a plate!!!! The staff here are the most amazing staff I have ever seen, they are so friendly caring wonderful fun and give the most amazing service!!! This little diner-style establishment is a real gem! It has become my absolute favourite place to go for breakfast or brunch. The severs are always friendly, but the great food is what keeps me coming back. You simply can’t go wrong with the eggs Benedict, omelette, pancakes, or waffle.
