Morning Star Septic Service Inc.

Morning Star put in a new leach line in our backyard. They were speedy, helpful, honest, and their bid was the final price. They did legwork involved in getting town permit approval and compliance certificate. Highly recommend.

Highly dissatisfied customer- they inspected our tank and when they were finished put the top on the wrong way causing water backup in our basement and our leach field to become saturated. I asked the owner for some sort of credit because we had to hire another company to fix the problems they caused, and emergency phone call charges at 2:00AM when our water was backing up in our basement, and the owner said its not their problem, there is no problem and they will give no credit for their negligent mistake. - there was no problem when they came out to look because we had to hire another company to fix their mistake. something as simple as putting a top on the right way they cannot do.. I do not recommend this company at all, there are thousands of great septic companies out there and this is NOT one of them.

Terrible. They didn't do all that I'd asked them to and implied that I didn't tell them, so I had to pay them to go back. Then they wouldn't send me the info to make sure it was right until I paid them, arguing with me on the phone. Even then, the info was still hard to read and needed to be redone.
