Morey's Family Restaurant

I really enjoy the food I've had here. They make one of the best breakfasts in the area. I haven't had much other than breakfast here. The only downside is that if you're not into dolls you might not enjoy it, most tables have a little dollhouse display on them.

Looks good inside and the bathroom was really clean. But the service was so bad. The waitress doesn't greet good morning or anything. I asked for separate plate for French toast but it put on the same plate with omelette. She came around with coffee refills but nothing for ice tea. I had ice tea. Food was decent but took 13 minutes for eggs. She never came back after serving my plate I wanted Tabasco but halfway done. The tops of the bottles are dirty with hard old residue on them. Then she grabbed my dirty plates with out asking and dropped my bill on the table. I drive all over North America and enjoy eating at real family restaurants. But it seems that people don't want to be at work on a holiday. I should just buy the whole building and put a parking lot the is how bad my service was.

Love this place! It's our family's tradition to come here every time we get together in Oneonta. Love their salad bar and homemade blue cheese dressing! They changed the King Richard's a few years ago and I liked it better the other way but I would still completely recommend it! They have great steak and peppers and basically I've been very happy with anything I've gotten off the menu. My brother loves their meatloaf and my other brother loves their ham steaks. My mom really loves the Reuben and my sister and I just picked randomly and are always happy, especially if we also get the salad bar! We've never left there unhappy! They also have all these handmade dollhouse items and little scenes in boxes throughout the place. Some people think they are a little creepy but I appreciate the work that went into each of the little pieces of art! Some of the scenes are humerus and others are just amazing!

A great lunch today at Moreys'. Onion soup, burgers, fries, dill pickle, cole slaw, coffee, and rice pudding. Delicious. Good service.

Good food good prices. But I think ur supposed to have grey hair or awful old lady perfume to get in. It's like a rest home in there. The kitchen and wait staff are freaky fast. Over all pretty dam good.
