Bought a $1300 coat last fall; Bottom of zipper started to fray. Sent coat to Moose Knuckle after they approved from a photo I sent them. 5 days later I get an email from Moose Knuckle stating that the coat experienced "wear & tear" that is not covered by their "limited warranty". Don't know about the rest of the population, but I've had many coats lasting longer than 10 years and none have had this problem. What made matters more insulting was that I emailed them over 11 times as to when they were going to send my coat back to me, over a 6 week period. I'm still trying to get my coat back or a refund since they don't seem to want to send it back despite all the pathetic excuses and insincere apologies provided!
We got a great deal for a winter jacket here $900 on sale for $450, same quality and nice design, we stopped by 2 times to compare with another jackets from the North face, the first salesman wasn’t very friendly to us. However the second salesman was really helpful, he gives us a really good service and advice, the cashier was very nice as well.
This place is not even worth one star. It makes think that the other good reviews on here are all fake and they're just from people that they know. Even though the employees were very kind, this one woman who looked like she was in her 40s and a manager told us to leave quickly and just buy the products and leave. I spent 800$ at this shop and I can't believe it. I feel like I have waisted my money. If we were doing something wrong she could have explained it to us but I still can't understand what in the world did I do wrong to deserve this kind of service.
Not sure what happened to the other reviewer hope the other salesperson was disciplined. The store has a line up one weekends last time we were there. We tried on coats and didn't buy anything and the sales woman didn't say anything. Sure she wasn't the most kind until we came back a second time and bought something. There was less people that night. In terms of style bought a cute white bomber jacket. Most stores had as 895 and this was marked down to 600 something, you can get deals here. :
I bought 2 jackets for my daughter online 1 small, I had to send back like 12 days ago i never received my reimbursement yet on my credit card...i ordered a second jacket size medium I payed for already and i received only 6 days after, but still have not received any reimbursement from my first jacjet that's ridiculous these jackets cost 1300$ each, avoid if you can go to the store and purchase dint do it online, very disorganized company, plus I asked to speak to a Supervisor untill today nobody has called me back.
Great place! Came in to find a part of the 7 Deadly Sins Collection collection and they had it! Staff was very welcoming, they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Friendly atmosphere, clean store, great service, amazing and super nice security staff. Great place!
I want to give a zero. The sales person was very rude. He was staring and following us like we were going to steal. He also told us don’t try on the clothes if we don’t wanna buy. According to him, it’s a “store policy”.
It is one of my favourite winter close store. Sometimes there have very good promotions and goods.
the worst store I have ever visited to buy a jacket…juste stay away of this store
