Price used to be reasonable given past season models inventory. Now 300$ jacket priced 1000$ then 60% off, 100$ shoe priced 250-300$ then 60% off. It is trying to attract clients with 60% and 70% off, "final sale no return"
Very poor service. Was told at the time of purchase that I can refund. After attempting to refund a product I was unhappy with because we couldn't even TRY on the clothes, I was told I can only exchange. When trying to explain what I was tolda I got very rude attitude. Never shopping here again.
This a great place for shopping if you're looking for clothes, home stuffs, small appliances , etc. They have a large selection of products that you can find all at the same place. They have reasonable prices and you can find often some pretty good deals there. I've been going to the Bay since I was a child with my parents and I have always enjoyed the experience so far.
With 20 minutes left before closing, I attempted to try on 3 pairs of pants that I needed for important work meetings starting Monday and the employee at the changing rooms very rudely told me that the changing rooms are "closed". I had no choice but to go to another store and I successfully bought the same pants elsewhere within those same 20 minutes remaining. Thank goodness not all stores are like the Bay in the Montreal premium outlets!!
You gotta dig and find that gem at a Rock Bottom price. Good luck and have fun shopping.
Some great deals. Some not so great...like anywhere else depends on the season and deals available. They have alot of brand names and dressy clothes, bathing suits, purses, shoes...
They have great selections of clothes. Big and organized. Prepare for the line up.
One of the only remaining department stores in Montreal. They surely have what you need. Best place to buy because of their return policy and points program.
It's an outlet, weak specials and many of the items only carry odd sizes XXL, XS Nike used to have sick prices but recently its just an other footlocker type place where you need to drop 100+ for anything that you wouldn't catch your aunt wearing. Apparel is full price.
Not too bad for the deals but not too many brands and styles to choose from, do not waste your time here, there are a lot of other stores.
