Moores Clothing for Men

We were at the Trinity location recently (Nov 18), to purchase a suit for our teenage son. From the moment we entered the door we were greeted by the staff and Cameron looked after us in the most professional manner. He outfitted our son head to toe in actually a short time and also did the alterations within 15min after the purchase. The customer service was outstanding to the point where other retailers should model themselves after. Any future purchases will be at this location, keep up the great service.

Do not shop here if you're in casual muck about clothes. I have never been so disappointed in service. I brought in a vest that I had purchased at a moores and needed to get altered because I'm shaped a bit differently than most people. After being ignored for 2-3 minutes I finally got a salesman's attention. In between chewing gum his first question was "well did you buy this here!?" And second was "then buy a smaller one." He told me to go to the back for help. I decided to just leave. The thousands of dollars I've spent over the past few years is clearly not worth their service. I wont be back. I'll start shopping made to order online like the rest of my friends. Disgusting.

I was told it would be 30 minutes, twice, 30 mins and an hour ago. I understand that things are busy but if it's going to be 2 hours tell me that. I am waiting as I write this.... #groomsman

Tried to call and book an appointment.. resepsonist was extremely rude and hung up because they were closing in 20minutes..

I love this location - very helpful and well mannered staff. Prices are awesome for brand name clothing. I bought 4 suits- 4 shirts- 4 ties and socks for less than $1700 with tax !!!! cant beat this price.
