Moonshine Park - Lincoln County

I don't camp often but ended up here for the 2017 total eclipse and loved the place! It's got some great little camp sites for tents or trailers. Restrooms, showers, fire pits, picnic tables...the list goes on. I had no cell service and I'm not sure anybody would so be prepared for that. It's probably better you come here "disconnected" anyway. The hosts were also wonderful people. First come first served, no reservations here When I went it cost $20/night - cash (maybe check?) no card Bring quarters for showers. If you don't have any I believe you can exchange cash for quarters with the host. Bring a swimsuit. The river is slow moving and there's a little waterfall coming down from some rocks. It's a magical place! Again, no cell service - probably for all major carriers.

Wonderful park. Good people work here (thanks Randy). Restrooms and showers are clean. Showers use quarters. Great swimming holes on the Siletz river. 20 bucks a night. Firewood for sale on site. Buckets to put out your fire, lifejackets for the kids supplied! I was there during the Great Eclipse​ of 2017 and really enjoyed it. They even handed out Solar glasses from the county before the eclipse! Lincoln county has it together with all their parks and they have quite a few. Thanks Lincoln County.

Beautiful place. A bit crowded with drift boaters. Great place to fish and explore.
