It's a nice park and I usually hike around the trails. There appears to be a good number of people camping out there judging by all the tents.

Nice out of the way city park....good sized field for activities. BBQ cooker, although I would suggest to being your own. Plenty of covered sitting! Outhouse, garbage receptacle. Small creek (no swimming), great trail to the water tower and beyond! No overnight, closes at dusk. Plenty of walking opportunities, including to the beach or reservoir. Great place to walk your dog. Fishing and non motorized (fuel), boating nearby. Not crowded!

I've gone to this place for years, it has a lot of things and is fun. There is a horseshoe pit, volleyball net, (decked out) playground, and covered seating area with barbeques. It is also very tucked away and quaint, making it usually not busy.
