I don't know what that other woman is talking about, when she says that this veterinary office has poor customer service. this is a WONDERFUL veterinary services office. They have been with me through regular visits, death of my baby girl and so much more, with such compassion and understanding that I could never even think of going anywhere else with my pets. They are my babies and I thoroughly trust Brenda and her husband with them. MVS treats my pets just as well as I treat them, with love and respect. Brenda has a way with my little dogs too. This is a rare gift. I have to say, I am a difficult customer and hard to please and have been thoroughly pleased at every visit. All of my questions were answered, every issue was addressed at each visit and I felt that all services were completed thoroughly and with great attention to detail. So, sorry lady if you feel that you were not cared for. You are not describing the MVS that I and the people I know who go to MVS.

While they seem medically competent, they could use some customer service refresher training. You don't give a brand new patient (new to Helena) a cancer diagnosis, leave it with, "let us know if you need anything," and then not be able to fit your pet into the schedule or seem at all concerned when there are issues that need to be addressed right away. (And yes, a former vet that we had to drive 2 hours to see said that this was an issue that needed to be addressed right away and that couldn't wait 7-10 days.)

They took such good care of my kitty. They didn't lecture or press (he got sprayed by a skunk) they were just kind. I will always take my Dave back here.

Horrible customer service that follows through from front staff to the vet. I wouldn't recommend unless it is a last resort.

As a veterinarian myself, I can appreciate the fact that a Board certified veterinary internal medicine specialist is available "in house". My dogs and I are lucky to have such a specialist available, and Helena is very lucky to have such a specialist in town. Helena has only one, the State has 2. Most towns and even many larger cities do not have a "boarded internist" All of the veterinarians at Montana Veterinary Specialists (MVS) are fabulous and work very well together for the health of their clients pets, ensuring the best of care regardless of the problem!! The diagnostic tools available at MVS are second to none in Helena and the veterinarians that use them are remarkable and incredibly well trained in their use. The staff is great, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. I (and my dogs) couldn't give them higher marks.......
