I’ve found Montana’s Regina to be a bit hit or miss. When it’s on, the ribs are great, portions are big, and the laid-back, family vibe makes it an easy place to enjoy a meal. I’ve had some really friendly, attentive service that made the experience even better. But I’ve also run into slower service, mix-ups, and food that wasn’t quite as consistent, especially when it’s busy. Overall, I keep going back because when it’s good, it really delivers.nnThis time was great. Place was empty and everything was quick
recently went out with friends for all you can eat ribs... very first round was cooked perfect... went down hill drastically after that .. first round of refills was over cooked couldn't even cut them apart... 2nd round was the same 3rd round was slightly better but still over cooked 4th round was better ... there was 4 of us eating ribs so they need to do better in the kitchen... or are they deliberately over cooking so people dont eat more than 1 round?
Our server was just excellent she was very nice and very pleasant. I ordered steak with mashed potatoes and onion rings. The steak was cooked medium and it was delicious, BBQ Chicken Fajitas was also delicious. For Desert I got Triple layer chocolate cake. It was a little bit busy but the service makes up for it!
The server Jaicee was the most pleasant and efficient server We have come across in a very long time. So eager to please always smiling and friendly. The manager CEL was also very nice and aimed to please also friendly and a great smile. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the service and the staff very much. Food was excellent. Hot and fresh.will definately be back
The ambiance and food was excellent. Our waitress, blessy had impeccable customer service. She was so patient and accommodating. I would def recommend.
