The service was good, but the food is just okay. I didn't find it overly flavourful, but it wasn't completely bland. Just needed more salt and some acid. Given that it's a chain, they tend to try to please a variety of palates.  We got a pulled pork sandwich, a fried chicken one, and kids pizza and chicken fingers.

The food was great.  Fish and chips, pork ribs, and donuts. But more importantly, the staff was incredible!!!  So friendly, so courteous, so helpful. My mother in law, who struggles with strength and shakes, ordered a coffee.  It comes in a huge mug; normally a good thing.  But in her hands, it was too heavy to lift. Quick as anything, they found a smaller, lighter mug, warmed it and filled it with freshly brewed coffee. After all this, they didn't charge us for the coffee. They really were wonderful.

We stopped in on a whim and really enjoyed our time there! We dined in for dinner and we had the best service! Our waitress was the absolute best; so friendly and accommodating and patient. We ordered two kids meals one burger, one chicken tenders, a large rib plate upgraded side to sweet potato fries with aioli, a regular rib and wing combo plate with honey garlic BBQ sauce upgraded side to poutine, and a firecracker burger with fries. Everything was delicious, well cooked and seasoned. We also had various drinks Pepsi, a Montana mule cocktail, Virgin Shirley temple, cotton candy freezers and these were great as well. We also had dessert apple crisp with ice cream and a Warm cookie skillet and these were so decadent and finished our meal off perfectly. The decor is very rustic yet chic and fits the style of the restaurant. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely go back! Highly recommend this restaurant especially with their high food quality and amazingly friendly staff.  Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Great choice for kids menu dishes - there is something for everyone! And all the kids meals have sides, desserts and drinks included. The table is also covered in brown paper and my kids loved having crayons to draw on that and the back of the kids&#39; menu. As well the staff were all super friendly and patient with the kids. Great family friendly experience.

sad excuse for mac and cheese. very obvious that they do not take delivery orders seriously. macaroni undercooked, half a strip of bacon and some cheese mix sprinkled on top. steak texture was off, almost like it was boiled. no char on the outside, extremely bland, and a weird aftertaste. such low quality, will not be ordering from here again. avoid this place!

Good place to hangout, delicious food and everything was freshly made.. we enjoyed having shrimp, chicken burrito bowl, buttermilk fried chicken, burger and kids menu is also yum!! Must try:

My son has poultry allergy and the Staff took everything very seriously and made sure we had no problems food was decent, not the best I've at Montana's but not the worst either. My daughter's Steak was ok but overcooked for medium rare. Son loved his ribs and my beef rib was good but top bit bottom or rib as on cow was overcooked and dry but rest was perfect. Overall a very good experience, and great staff.

I came for the Beef Rib and it was everything I hoped for. Straight up best I ever had, with their signature BBQ sauce, side salad and fresh corn bread. Service was fantastic, everything was fresh, tasty and light on salt. Highly recommend this location. Family friendly. #localguide

Had dinner there and our server, Simon, was incredible. You can tell he loves his job and genuinely cares about his tables and goes out of his way to make sure the experience is a positive one. Thank you Simon for suggesting the mixed pita chips and tortillas for our spinach dip. It was amazing!!!! And thank you.. we will be back to see you

Visited Montana's 13th November 2021 with a group of 7 other people.  The atmosphere was good, enjoyed pre-dinner drinks and conversation, followed by our server taking our meal order. She was very efficient and ensured all our needs were met.  The order took longer than expected to arrive, and when it did, the food was just warm.  We explained to the server who was apologetic, the food was heated to our satisfaction, and enjoyed by all.  We were visited  by the Manager In order to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, following the issue we had experienced.  She very kindly told us she was giving us a reduction on the total price as a sign of goodwill,  and also provided free dessert for the group.  I would say that was an excellent show of hospitality on the part of Montana's, and we will definitely be arranging future visits.

The food is as good as any other Montana's, however the staff at this particular Montana's are the reason to make a visit. We were served by Alex this evening and he was an absolute delight. He was chatty, high energy, and had a fantastic attitude. What I really liked was that he spoke to my nephew like a person and asked him questions directly even if my nephew didn't always want to answer. While we didn't talk to the rest of the staff much everyone was quite friendly and seemed in good spirits. Fantastic vibes here.
