Kelsey's was decent. The atmosphere was the best part of my experience. The food was mediocre and the service was worse. Our server was very nice but she visited us like 3 times. Not her fault, looked like she was bartending and had at least 5 other tables. I had to try to grab her attention a few tries before I was successful. So not her fault, probably management. Food was OK, fries were hit or miss. Had a beer, beer was pretty good not too bad. I took some picture too, wana see some pictures? Probably will attempt to never go here again. Okay, BYE. Also my Grandma kind of looks like Bilbo Baggins from Lord of the Rings.
Had to send the wings back tasted reheated and the tomatoes in my salad were not fresh. The steak melt was good though it took a while and I had to take it to go they forgot to out the 2 sauces for the sandwich on the side. My husband liked his pasta dish and his coworker ate most of his steak meal.
Greatest restaurant experience I have had in a long long time. Our server, Angela, was fantastic! A server that is attentive to your table’s needs and knows what he/she is doing is rare these days. Angela was super friendly and on the ball, for a busy Thursday. The wings we had were REALLY good, my compliments to the kitchen staff. Almost considered not going out for dinner, but so glad we did! See you again REAL soon.
Great lunch experience with the perfect balance in service between being checked on...but not disturbed while enjoying our meal. Great suggestion of their ultimate bacon and cheese burger sans bun and salad for a keto friendly meal.
Food is your basic chain restaurant stuff but it's done extremely well. The service and atmosphere were superb though! All the restaurant staff were all happy and cheerful. The food came out really quick and to a high standard even though the place was packed. Excellent visit. Kid-friendliness: Highchairs available and lots of space between tables that it doesn't feel cramped! Crayons and colouring pages for every child.
Just had dinner at Kelsey’s and had a great experience! Our server Jade was friendly and had answers to all our questions. The chicken fried steak was delicious and we loved the house gravy they make. The veggies were cooked perfectly not over or under done. Loved our date night dinner here! Parking: Lots of parking
We ordered Buffalo Chinken Burger and kids chicken fingers through Dash. Chicken seems multi fried and hard to bite and had to throw them added the photo of the trashed chicken burger. Fries were not fresh does not seem to be made for the order
I spent a snowy noon hour in the Woodstock location with my senior mom. Server Angela was friendly and attentive. Half size portions were perfect and of good value. For the first time in recent memory, my mom had no complaints: She actually commented on the grilled chicken on her salad.
We had a wonderful dinner. We Came in at the tail end of a big rush so we could see the exhaustion on all of their faces. But everyone from our amazing hostess whose name I didn't get to our very attentive waitress Dakota were very polite and inviting. We will definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: We were able to get a highchair. The waitress Dakota talked to my toddler so he felt included. His food came out at the perfect temperature for him. Wheelchair accessibility: Was able to get a table thar was low enough for my husband to eat at from his chair. Also tables were spaced out enough that people weren't constantly bumping into him.
Ellie was very kind, and helpful when it came to helping us decide what to get on the menu. Ellie also showed patience. Thank you very much for a lovely experience
