I broke down on the thruway and was towed to this garage. The employees were professional and accommodating. They were kind enough to give me a ride to a nearby motel, ensuring I would be safe while waiting for the part to arrive the following morning. They were quick to diagnose and fix the issue and helped to make a hellish experience not quite so bad.

It's was horrible. Took my truck in for a vibration and Jaime told me my drive shaft was shadered and so I got it replaced and then took it back in for a oil change and to have it looked at again because the vibration was still there after having it at a different garage the day before. Jaime begun to tell me I had bad luck with drive shafts that the new one was shadered too. So got the drove shaft balanced and the vibration is still there so took it to my local garage and they told me that my rear end is bad. So FYI don't go to monroe for any kind of vibration or deal with Jaime! He not a real mechanic! Someone that wears gloves to just look at your vehicle shouldn't be working in a garage! I will never go monroe again! They let any dummy work there!

My boyfriend and I broke down late on a Saturday night and the workers here spent all day Sunday working on our car to make sure we were on our way. Very decent prices and extremely nice staff that were incredibly helpful.
