Love the staff there! Very knowledgeable and helpful and the selection of games and other products are great. Recommend this store over the one in New hartford

This review is purely based on customer service, I can say I have never had an issue with any games or products so I will give an extra star for good products. I went to the Herkimer Gamestop to return some games and then pick up a new one. I walked in and one of the workers yelled "I am not open, I am not open" twice. As a customer I am not expecting to have a worker raise their voice at me for simply walking in a bit too early. I figured I was extremely early for him to act like this so I asked when he did open and he said 10. The time was 9:52. I went back to my car and as I was leaving he was switching the store front to open. I will never set foot in this game stop again. I am a pretty understanding person, if he had said hey sorry you're a few minutes early I would have said no problem I'll come back later, but with the way he acted I will make the extra drive to go elsewhere.
