Working with them for my daughter’s drivers permit and license was very convenient and quick. No issues answering phones or coordinating.

They never answer their phones! Had to spend over $50 in gas not to mention the money lost from missing work, on a road trip to pay a ticket that they tacked all kinds of fees on! I'm a single parent! All our grocery money for a month went to this and they are acting like A holes. Rudest people ever. Even my local police station said they're awful and you cant ever get ahold of them. They recommended the road trip. Definitely recommend if your planning on visiting this area to go somewhere else!

The people at the dmv are absolutely amazing. Honestly the nicest I’ve seen in a long time. I’ve never had issues with them and they were very kind when I misunderstood some paperwork. Please ignore the negative comments

I went in to get my license done and I was in and out pretty fast. No appointment needed unlike Sioux City.

The ladies working in the license office were rude and unhelpful. Throwing stuff at each other and joking around while someone was trying to get a new license, unprofessional.
