Unprofessional service provided. I called over a month ago to get service down. Dean continued to push me off as if my time wasn't important. We finally agreed on him coming last Friday. He requested I call him in the morning. When I called, he explained he was in a meeting and would call me back in an hour. I waited and ended up having to call him two hours later. I had to leave a voicemail. Four hours later I called again to finally have him answer. He had to cancel and demanded we set up a time the following week. He even exclaimed, that he was going to write it down this time. He came on Tuesday at 9:15am. Looked around and said that he had no clue how he was going to do what was asked of him. He said he was going to call the cable internet service. He waited almost an hour for them to come sitting in his van. When they arrived, they decided on the route they wanted to take and took 15 minutes to accomplish. They left shortly before 11. I was charged 2 hours of work. This is the same person who had a disregard for my own time. This is the company that was recommended by the cable company. I called Dean back explaining my frustrations. He said that he felt this was fair. I would advise to use someone else.
