I hired Justin for a project at our store. He came to look at the job the next day after I contacted him. He got me the bid within a few days (he was waiting for pricing from a supplier). Once the job started he kept me in the loop on progress and discussed any questions with me fully. He was also reasonable when it came to change orders - I added some items that weren't in the original scope of the project but he was willing to take them on and was reasonably priced. I would hire Justin in a heartbeat again!
