I am a owner operator for Monarch. I have been with them for over a year and half. They have always treated me fairly and with respect. I would say that they are one of the top tier companies to drive for

Great company to work for if you enjoy $800 paychecks. Over the last 7 months they have lost most of their contracts, can't keep drivers long-term and seem to care very little about the direction the company is heading in. If you dig around on the internet, they use to be a decent company to work for, but for some reason or another have given up on their drivers and clients. Buyer beware.
