We were so lucky to have had Mona on our team. We had a complicated transaction with many challenges beyond our control. Mona was patient, supportive and stayed on top of every detail. She is also absolutely lovely! A joy to work with.

Called for a real estate transaction, after asking a bunch of irrelevant and ridiculous questions if I have a file there, do I have a reference, how I found them etc the secretary said the notary would call me back later today. She did not call. Next day I called again. She started the same questions, when I reminded her that I had already answered these questions and been waiting for a day and a half for her call, she said if you don't have a file here she won't take your case!!!. I said you should have told me this yesterday, now I am going leave you a negative review. All of a sudden she said she IS the notary and started shouting and berating me for threatening to leave a negative comment. No respect or regards for clients. Just attitude and bad manners. AVOID

I have seen mona for a number of real estate files, and I can say that she is extremely professional, courteous and super meticulous in her work. I highly recommend mona for any notarial services.
