Incompetent. She was friendly but complete lack of professionalism. When we were trying to close on our house, she wasn’t responding to any of my emails and we missed some deadlines. 10 months later, I got a letter from our bank stating that she hadn’t submitted all the necessary documents ie. insurance and we now need to do this in her stead. Would avoid. We never even got the closing papers, despite my partner and I having messaged/called her multiple times.

Julie is by far the nicest most professional and fair notary I have ever dealt with. I can not recommend her more!
