TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Was told a thirty minute wait which was fine. Waited over an hour now, have called twice to see what’s the issue and continually get a line that rings and rings. It’s one thing to not show up but to not even pick up the phone is even worse. Waste of my time and just plain ignorant in the cold weather.
I give 3 stars because there is specifically one problematic driver in the morning's/early afternoons. He's the bigger guy, always rude, always ALWAYS ALWAYS LATE. All the other drivers have agreed as well that he can be problematic & if things don't go his way he gets upset. One driver he works as dispatcher as well... Don't be both if you can't handle doing 2 jobs at once better yet why would a taxi company allow someone to dispatch & drive as well? Hire more ppl? Especially back up drivers or on call drivers like the other taxis do. There's no reason to be rude & take your anger out on customers because "your busy or promised to give someone u know well a ride on time" or whatever. I wish I knew the guys name to say but apparently he's allowed to have "FAVORITES & PICK & CHOOSE" which is totally unacceptable for a taxi company... I'd give 5 Stars if I didn't always have to get him bc the waiting time is ridiculous with him & he is very very rude. I love the other drivers tho & always tipped the other drivers bc they are on time, respectful. Two4Taxi does have awesome rates tho I give that.. Just have that issue with that specific driver who should of been fired by now
The owner is amazing and great and understanding. The staff from the dispatchers to the drivers are simply off the charts great and very friendly and caring safe drivers. In my opinion two 4 taxi is the greatest company in sarnia Ontario Canada and great rates better than any other cab companys in sarnia Go two 4 taxi 4life and 4good
If there was a option to give no stars I would. I understand they maybe busy and understand I am 10 minutes out of sarnia but wait for 2 hours called and got hung up on then waited 20 minutes and just called back and cancelled. I am not from here but at home in alberta this wouldn't be a issue even being out of the city
New company,New company issues. Will try again in some time. Got charged on my debit 3 times for the same fair. Single price was $23.50 or along that line and trippled but didn't notice till I balanced my books awhile later.
Awesome people. Awesome rates. If you have a problem they do their utmost to fix it. Only company to ride with!!
Called a cab was given a wait time of 20-25 minutes, came exactly an hour later. When I called at the forty five minute mark I spoke with the dispatcher and she said she’s still waiting for them to clear, no apologies nothing. Embarrassing waiting outside in the cold with groceries for an hour. Not the first time this has happened either.
