Great yoga teachers.  Location in St James would be a plus

I love the friendly, respectful staff. The studio is warm, cozy and inviting. Showers, and complimentary toiletries make me feel at home!

Knowledgeable, passionate instructors. Spacious studio with lots of natural light. I love the pace of the 90 mn classes. Lots of time to perfect the poses and improve endurance.

The studio is very nice and clean, the instructors are very friendly and take the time to answer any questions. They know you by first name and greet you as you come in and make you feel very welcomed. This is the best yoga studio I have ever been too.

Great instructors, friendly staff, relaxing ambiance and well maintained studio. Definitely recommend!

The facility is great, very clean. Excellent, friendly knowledgeable staff. Love the variety of classes offered and the times available.
