This is one of the best hot yoga studios in the city. Along with the Waverly location. The staff is always amazing and the change room are clean. They provide a hair dryer and toiletries to use as you need. The concrete floors and aesthetic is beautiful. They recently put in a new filtered water fountain. Rental mats and towels are available. They do karma classes that give back to the community and different charities. They have a full store with yoga products to purchase or if you forget something. They offer a variety of different classes some with music. It's amazing. Thank you Modo Yoga!
Love Modo yoga! I go between Donald and Waverley locations both are great. I've been going since summer and the addition of the tea for visiting after was a neat addition.
I have been loving going to hot yoga on cold mornings. I really enjoy all of the instructors, especially Sean. Thanks modo for getting me active again.
Good place to relax and de-stress. Non-judgemental place to work at your own pace. Highly recommend
Very friendly staff, clean studio and their classes offer a lot of variation. I'm inexperienced at yoga and I always feel welcome at this Studio. The instructors will give you options for each pose so that you can adjust it to fit your comfort level. I highly recommend trying it out!
I've been going to moksha for 2 years now and am over 200 classes in. I absolutely love this studio, the instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The class schedule has a good variation to choose from and I have no problem finding a class to fit into my busy schedule. The facilities can feel a little cramped when there are full classes but it is very clean and we'll kept. I would recommend this studio to people of all levels and ages.
The studio is very clean, modern and beautiful. I wish the prices were abit more reflective of social inclusion and accessibility for those with lower incomes. I like that the staff at the desk are always pleasant and often accommodating. The class itself was challenging yet allowed for different levels without demanding those that weren’t as advanced. The instructor described and demonstrated the movements as she went and that helps to follow the class. The heat was high but not extreme. I enjoy the flows more than the isometric holds in regular classes.
Great instructors, positive environment, for all levels of experience. Love the ZOOM classes they have started during this time of physical distancing. It's great to be able to still practice, have already told all my friends how great they are.
Modo is the best! I've been coming for 13 years and have never looked back. During pandemic they've had virtual options to keep up my practice, and gone over and above to keep everyone safe when in person has been possible.
I've been a member at this location for several years and I love it! Spacious studio, clean change rooms, great variety of classes and times as well as friendly and welcoming staff who are knowledgeable. Moksha Donald has the whole package. Nothing better than a hot 6am class to start the day! Amazing and worth getting up early for.
