Moksha Yoga Uptown is your hub for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. We offer classes 7-days a week beginning at 6:30AM and running until 9PM. Moksha Yoga is the most popular class on our schedule. It is a unique yoga series which combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional hatha yoga in a specially heated room. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. The 'hot' in hot yoga allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat.

Beyond Moksha, we offer many other styles of practice so that all practicioners can find their place in this studio. From vinyasa, pilates, power barre, and hatha to restorative, yin, pre/post natal and kids, practitioners always feel like they can find a class to suit their needs.

Uptown also houses a Wellness Center where six fabulous Registered Massage Therapists offer treatments 7-days a week in deep tissue massage, therapeutic treatments, sports massage, facial tissue release and thai yoga massage.

I've been going to Moksha for 4 years now. The studio has a nice range of hot, reg temp, pilates and barre classes. I love how there's always a new class to try or a workshop to attend. The teachers are friendly, the staff is helpful and the community Moksha Uptown has created is fantastic.

This studio is welcoming and friendly. Booking is easy and the rooms are a good size for the volume. The instructors do a great job. I recommend over any other studio in the city.

Should be following Goodlife Fitness and others in listening to public health authorities advising cutting class sizes and social distancing. Health should be a priority..
