I love going to see Laura at Shey and her massages. Great pressure and she knows exactly where the knots are. She is very informative and great at giving me stretches to do at home. Nice quiet location with soothing music/sounds and love the heating blanket. I'd highly recommend Laura & Shey.

Laura Niesslein is a gifted massage therapist. I am an avid dragon boat paddler and, through her bodywork and advice, she has helped me withstand the rigours of the sport. She's extremely knowledgeable and proficient and the Shey Wellness facility is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend her.

Laura is a great RMT and a lovely person. The massage is always wonderful and she shows genuine concern about your well being. When the massage is over she suggests stretches to deal with any issues you might have. You couldn't ask for more.
