I have loved the experience each time I have been there for my nail appointments. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make sure you leave the salon with a great experience. They are great with kids too. Mine is always vary about salons but left the place with a big smile on the face. Their interactions with the young clients are so genuine and wonderful. Loved that about them! The salon itself is neat, well designed, with dedicated spaces for each activity, and perfectly located. And the icing on the cake is keeping the business open till late in the evening! Works well for working individuals who do not have to take time off work for appointments.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I went in for a classic manicure. First off the lady who did my manicure was unprofessional, rude and clearly did not know what she was doing. The manicure said it was 45 minutes, but it was actually only 30, and it was very overpriced. The paint chipped and cracked within 48 hours of getting them done! My nails are now destroyed after the paint came off. Im not a hard person to please, and im not picky at all, but i was extremely disappointed with my experience. It was a complete ripoff and a complete mess. I will not be getting a service done there  again. This review is strictly professional, so that others do not waste their money like i did. Just had the henna eyebrows and also a pedicure that was both done by Michel, he is very gentle with great attention to details, it was a very relaxing visit, can't wait to be back.

I recently went for there facial, to take advantage of their monthly deal and it still wasn’t worth it. The facial room is way in the back, in a little closet not spa like or relaxing at all. Bright industrial fluorescent lights, I had to ask her to turn them off. Almost oblivious that it would be uncomfortable. The sheet on the bed looked like there was stains on it.. The girl was nice but I felt like she wasn’t qualified or experienced enough to be doing it. I’ve had plenty of facials, and this was the worst I’ve ever received and to be honest a waste of money. I don’t like leaving bad reviews I very rarely do.. but if your going to offer a service, do it right.  Since leaving my review I’ve been in contact with the salon and they have gone above and beyond with fixing the issues I experienced. Not only did they offer me services to make up for the facial but reeducated and certified there esthetician’s in the hopes this won’t happen again.  If a small local business can take responsibility for their shortfalls and work on improving there services, there a salon I would recommend to anyone.  Thank you Moka for stepping up, I look forward to visiting again.
