I yesterday got my hair coloured from first choice . I am so surprised by the results.i was so scared get my black hair to blonde. And guess what they really turned out to be fabulous. I am so happy with the results. It worth paying the money. Also the person who did my hair was so good to me entire time . Great service
The manager was very rude. I just had a haircut and my hairdresser who was very sweet tried to blow my hair to show me the hair style. Yes i paid only for the haircut and not for the blow dry. But the he wanted to just show me how it will look. The manager snapped on the hairdresser and told him not to use the blow dry in very rude way indirectly conveying that i was cheap. She could have chosen better words to communicate while talking in front of the customer but she really dint mind me and started schooling the hairdresser. I felt extremely uncomfortable. She could have trained her employees later. She dint have to be so rude in front of the customer. I am giving 3 stars only for the hairdresser as he did a good job.Service: Hairstyling
I called for an appointment and asked if the haircutter could please where a mask for a brief time to cut my husbands hair. Public health is recommending it at this time. He is vulnerable and they refused to wear a mask, all of them. Pretty awful. Needless to say we took out business elsewhere where they kindly and gladly understood and wore a mask.
Asked .5 to an inch trim, the stylist cut AT LEAST 5 inches. Blunt uneven layers and face framing/curtain bangs THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR! I can’t believe how he butchered my hair. I had to get my hair fixed at another salon, as I would not trust anyone there. A month later still hating my short hair, never felt as ugly. I can’t wear them down because of the curtian bangs. I don't usually leave reviews, least of all negative ones, but I am so upset that I haven't been able to stop thinking about this since last night. I guess I should have said something before I left the salon, but I am a shy person and that is not my style. I went to First Choice to get my hair cut last evening. I had not had my hair done since before COVID & also recently had been going through a major depressive bout. I thought that getting my hair done might help me feel better. I walked in with hair down to the middle of my back and a clear idea of what I was looking for I even brought a picture with me. I walked out feeling worse than I did when I walked in. My haircut was rushed less than 30 minutes, when my haircuts in the past have taken 45 minutes to an hour on average & I ended up with an uneven, unblended mess. It's only hair & it will grow out again, but I am glad I work at home & rarely go out; and I will not be returning to First Choice for a haircut in the future. Came in for a last minute hair style and was greeted immediately. Jen was amazing with my hair and really fun too. My hair is long and thick and she handled it like a pro. Very happy with the results. Would recommend!Service: Hairstyling
I got my haircut done here 2 weeks ago after work and Heena was awesome. She did a great job!
Its an okay place to get your hair done/ styled. Wouldn't recommend it to have your hair cut tho. I had to call my usual hair dresser to have my sides fixed but my perm, which is the reason I went here is okay. Wasn't what I was expecting but it still turned out okay, I guess, but my side looks horrendous. So I guess its okay. I had some few issues too. Like my hair was too wet and water is dripping to my clothes. Had to ask for the cape thingy, also the hairstylist looks like on a rush. They did not rush my hair but it just feels like they needed to be somewhere, understandable tho. Minor issue btw, nothing big.
Monique gave me an uneven haircut that took too long for how badly it turned out. My hair was greasy and full of product that was used to make the “style” look better. Waste of a wash since I’ll have to wash it again right away. Also the stylist kept fluffing the back of my head aggressively and it was like she was hitting me. At the very least Jessica graciously fixed my hair and was very sweet.Service: Hairstyling
