If I could I would give them a BIG FAT ZERO STAR! This agency is utterly incapable of helping their staff and has NO sense or organization at all. They are low in staff and will stress you out by adding work that your job description doesn’t include and won’t give you the pay associated with the work! Don’t ever go here! Save yourself the trouble! I am so glad my nephew no longer works here! He was better off working at Starbucks!
Huge letdown. Senior who needed help with the state application for help and got ignored. They told me they can help a friend who needs help only to be ignored.
