Came here while in Auburn as it was the only place after the basketball game without a line. The staff was really helpful and my food was ready promptly. I dined indoors. Basic dry burritos with chips. You choose what goes inside. Good service.Food: 5/5
The location seemed like they were struggling. They were using chips for the hardshell on the stack and the chips turned into a soggy mush before I was able to take my first bite. The inside seemed dirty and the food tasted bland compared to my typical experience at Moe's.
Their food is good here, but their store, bathroom, windows, doors, floors, outdoor seating are FILTHY.
I always order the College Combo. I think it’s the best deal. They’ve raised the price during the pandemic. It’s almost 50% more. The bast thing at Moe’s is that you can always ask for chips as long as you want. More options here than Chipotle. Guc is free of charge, unlike chipotle. Environment is better. You can watch TV while having meals. After they updated the price, I think it’s a little bit pricey.
My 1st vusit to this location while visiting family. It was a great experience overall. Fast friendly service, clean establishment and friendly "Welcome to Moe's" environment. I had the nachos and they were prepared in the manner of which I'm accustomed and as delicious as I expected. Everything was fully stocked and ready upon order. Looking forward to my next visit!
I placed a Togo order from the Moes website that said it would be ready by 12:43. When I arrived the cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE. I told her I had a To go order and she didn’t even move to see if it was ready. After waiting 2 minutes I then asked her if should could check on it. She then rolled her eyes and walked away to check on it. I believe if you work in a customer service environment then you should have good customer service or at least decent. If I didn’t already pay for my food on the website I would have left. This has been a terrible experience.
Awful, slow, and rude service. Upon entering, the woman didnt bother to greet me and my fiance. We just stood there until she said, "hold on". We counted at least 6 people behind the counter, yet it took so incredibly long to get our food. Not to mention, we didn't get much for what we asked for. After eating, we instantly felt nauseous. My fiance and I have felt sick all day. Do not go to this location. I doubt either of us will return.
Food is good just like any Moe’s location, but this one has awful customer service. I just picked up my online order and walked to the front no greeting by anyone. The girl standing up at the front was sleeping and when I walked up to her she didn’t say one word to me she just looked at me. I said “I had an online order” and she just kept staring at me til she finally rolled her eyes and walked as slow as she possibly could to where they keep the food. She dropped it on the counter and went back to her sleeping pose thing and never said a word. I had a drink so I just reached over and grabbed one because it was obvious I wasn’t going to be helped here. On top of this EVERY time I come to this location my order is either messed up or missing stuff. The manager is a nice guy but his employees suck. The tiger town location is 100% better even if it’s a longer drive.
