Depending on servers and cooks food and service varies in quality. For a chain restaurant with affordable deals, this is my place to go. Drink specials always available and great margaritas. Family friendly but more for the older crowd in my opinion.

This is probably the worst chilis experience of my life - went in just my son and I ordered $50 worth of food and appetizers and nothing was edible ! Nothing ! Everything was made poorly except the appetizer chips which were good. But everything else went to trash. The waitress made me take our meals home even tho I clearly didn’t want to , so to make a clear point we just took the chips home since she insisted on us taking something home. I ordered Cajun pasta it came out with no shrimp just pasta and tasted like a dirty dish rag. The drinks were very stale, not even the chicken strips my son ordered were good. It was all gross , please don’t waste your money here.
They took off the southwest grilled chicken Caesar salad and added a buffalo chicken ranch salad when they already have a buffalo chicken salad. If someone wants a buffalo chicken ranch salad, they can just order the buffalo salad with ranch dressing. Why take the salad that goes best with the name of the restaurant and add a simple salad they already have? The name of the place is chilis, Chile is in south America, so having a south west salad on the menu would worst best instead of adding a salad you already have and they got rid of the white chocolate molten lava cake when not everyone likes chocolate so at least keep an item on the dessert menu that doesn't have chocolate! White chocolate is amazing
Loved the food, it was really delicious and more than enough. Also they had great promotions, in food and also in beverage. The service was ok. Their margaritas are absolutely amazing.
The waitress was terrible. Started giving our party of 8 attitude when we were trying to get the checks corrected, then completely lost is and started yelling at our party. We had to ask for the manager several times and as she was going to get him she spun around yelling and started come at our table like she was going to try and fight us. Don't waste your hard earned money at this establishment.

Went in on a Wednesday at 4pm. They were not busy at all however we were seated at a table that hadn't been cleaned yet. The waitress was ok but very slow especially because she only had two other tables. We ordered the chili which I understand can be messy but it was beyond oily. The Cajun pasta we got also had Texas toast which tasted like raw dough and that wasn't cooked all the way, the host was nice and very polite.
Excellent service and very happy they serve food until 10:30p.m....oh, and she rocks!Food: 4/5
I got the Cajun Chicken pasta as part of the 3 for 10 deal and it was great! I loved my frozen strawberry margarita too! I asked the waitress for a side of sauteed onions because you know cravings. I got them with my meal but when she came around she immediately offered to get me more! Of course I'm not gonna say no but i was super pleased with how pleasant she was and she was on top of everyone all around us. Awesome service at this location compared to many other Chilis I have been to. I wish I remembered her name but Thankyou again!
