Loved the collection of shandliers here. They have a limited but gorgeous collection. The prices are reasonable too. The staff was really friendly and helped me to take the measurements of the shandlier I liked. Only thing I did not like was, that if you buy a shandlier, and wanna return it cause it did not fit or match, you have to give a restocking fee and will get a store credit.

I highly recommend this place. I got my dining light, sofa and bed frame from here. Quality are solid. Service was great. Delivery was fast. Their prices are fair.

I can't say enough about how great my experience was dealing with Modern Living Space. I live in a rural community 2.5 hours from his store, and had a very particular vision for a custom sofa to fill a space in my living room. I found Modern Living Space after doing a lot of research. The owner was very easy to deal with over email, his prices were lower than I expected and in the end I got exactly what I wanted. They even arranged to have it delivered on Christmas Eve to my small town. I will be sure to check out Modern Living Space first next time I make a home purchase.

Nice selection of modern furnitures, different from the stuff carried in the rest of the stores on that strip. The owner, David, is very nice and will do his best to accommodate your needs. He helped me customize a beautiful red leather sofa that fits just right in my living room. Cannot recommend more!

I was extremely pleased with the selection of furniture and lighting at Modern Living Space. I was able to find some one of a kind pieces for my dining room and living room, not to mention a gorgeous LED chandelier for the foyer. Customer service was also excellent so i'm definitely coming back again.

Modern Living Space has a great selection of modern furnishings. They have excellent customer service and can even customize orders! I was unable to find the right leather sofa for my living room because of size and this place customized the size and colour for me! I ended up putting the perfect sofa in my house.
