Super knowledge and friendly staff, Canadian made and reasonably priced furniture. A great place to shop if you don't want to go to the brick or other chain stores
Excellent service. We didn't end up buying here, it wasn't what we were looking for, but the sales person was very good. The store was going through a bit of a reno, but everything was fairly accessable. I would recommend this store based on the quality of furniture and the friendly staff and excellent service!
Service is EXTREMELY poor. We ordered a bed on January 5 and were told it would take 8 weeks it was even written on our receipt. We did not get it until May 18 which is 19 weeks! No apologies, refused to discount price and made excuses after excuses whenever we called them. We will NEVER buy from them again.
Great customer service!
Fully Satisfied with service and products.
