Modern Dental On Division

I love this place, my husband loves this place, my children and grandchildren love this place. They are very, very professional, very attentive to our needs, gentle and very knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with setting appointments, billing or any employee. As long as I canI will be their customer. I am a diabetic and they always make sure I am okay and explain everything they will do beforehand. Love Modern Dental and do recommend them for anyone looking for a great dental team.

My husband and I have been coming here for quite some time and we absolutely love this place! It's always clean, the staff is super friendly and they can always get us in for an appointment around our schedule. Dr. Palella is incredible. Each time I come in, the cleanings are fast, no wait times and they have newest technology. Even the cavity that needed to be filled was done quickly, painlessly and you couldn't even tell there was cavity to begin with.

Arrived in a bad mood, left in a great mood. Dr. Palella really does put a smile on your face. He is very honest, easy to talk to, and keeps an all star staff. I highly recommend.

MD is just first rate, over 10 years with them I've experienced 3 dentists & 4 hygienists who work carefully, quietly & with total focus on delivering thorough & comfortable dental care in soothing, impeccably clean & up to date facilities & rooms where I lay back in the most comfortable chair on the planet while they do their work on me. Consultations with dentists never feel rushed or hurried, I get all the advice I need from them.Their front desk personnel handle all my insurance calls for me with speed & ease. Even though I have great dental insurance, MD never "sells" me services that I don't absolutely need to maintain good oral health. MD is just great, if only I could find other comparable high quality service with others in the broader medical community here i.e. Rush, Northwestern etc. As a 40 year resident of the city, there are 8 or 10 resources here I know I'll sorely miss when I think of retiring from the city, MD is surely one of them.
