This location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Joey was a stand out. The idea of a subway/qdoba style of pizza place for me is a great idea. The food was great, fast and the atmosphere was nice. Its cool to see the pizza made and placed into an over in front of you. Lots of topping options and sauces too. My kids enjoyed everything also. Bathrooms were nice.
I wanted to love their pizza. The menu sounded so good, but our experience was underwhelming. I ordered 3 pizzas for pickup. I came a little early expecting to wait a bit for my fresh, hot pizza. Instead, the pizza was on the shelf completely cold when we walked in. Popped them in the oven when I got home. 2 of the 3 had very little cheese, so I shredded more cheese before reheating those two. The mushroom, spinach & sausage pizza had a nice flavor.
Started off walking through the door to being greeted by the most professional and amazing team members!! My family got 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread and a salad, dined in got our drinks and a little over 10 minutes I was eating the most amazing pizza one could ask for! Thank you Mod pizza!!

I feel so bad this review is late, but I recently got some pizzas here and had such a great experience! It was Ben, Joel, and Trevor working that night and they were so friendly and welcoming! The pizza was absolutely amazing and they were so kind to talk to. It’s moments like that that make me want to go to MOD more often! I will definitely be back with some friends soon.
I was just there and ordered a pizza and waited. The girl took it out early and gave it to someone else…. After 5 mins she realized the mistake she made and asked for the pizza back from the person she gave it to. She then proceeded to put the pizza BACK into the oven and then tried to serve it to me. I did not take it and walked out. Absolutely disgusting practices especially considering we just are getting out of a pandemic. Do better.
Management or owner seems pretty rude here. The name was Gina. She was sitting in a booth on her laptop. They are short staff issue so they are closing the kitchen early. Earlier than their hand written closing early sign. They seem fine not even busy. I heard them say they are closing their kitchen in 15 min and I asked if we could still eat and she said if we can eat in 15 min. Such a rude and unwelcoming response. Especially since their early close time they were planning was still 45 min away. I love mod pizza but this management makes me think twice about coming again. Gina was quickly putting chairs on tables so no one else could sit down. Her whole demeanor seemed stressed and honestly made us uncomfortable when there was no reason to be.
Incredibly friendly staff! The food was really good, well cooked, well seasoned. Service was very disappointing. No greeting, and the person making our pizzas was so disinterested that we could barely hear him talking to us. When the pizzas came out and were being boxed, one employee flipped off the hat of the one doing the boxing and their hat fell into our pizza. One staff member to his credit was apologetic and told them to remake it, but the other two nearly gave us that pizza and couldn't have cared less. Won't be back. Much better options available nearby.
Really bad customer service. Only 2 of my 3 pizzas were ready when I walked in at the ready time and stood waiting for the 3rd pizza for over 20 minutes they forgot about my 3rd pizza for a 2nd time My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning from this place as well. I would really recommend going anywhere else for pizza.
